My journey began in the world of functional nutrition, which led me into becoming a Bodyworker/Facialist and Holistic Intimacy Coach. These chosen modalities offer a direct pathway to a well-fed, turned-on life in every aspect – from health to emotions to relationships. 

Having studied with various masters throughout my journey, I’ve distilled what I’ve learned into my own unique and synergistic approach to restoring the body and mind and bringing more love, vibrance, and connection to relationships.
